Welcome to USA Training Academy LLC (“USA Training Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any course, training program, class, or service offered by USA Training Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration and Payment

Registration is not considered complete until payment has been successfully submitted and accepted by USA Training Academy.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Course prices, schedules, availability, and course requirements are subject to change when permitted by applicable law. Your purchase confirmation will reflect the course and price selected at the time of registration.

2. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

ALL PURCHASES MADE THROUGH USA TRAINING ACADEMY LLC ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any course, training, registration, class, or service once payment has been submitted.

This policy applies regardless of whether you subsequently decide not to attend, are unable to attend, fail to complete the course, or otherwise cannot participate, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

3. One-Time Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled course.

As a courtesy, one (1) free reschedule may be permitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase date, subject to:

- Availability of another course date;
- Applicable course requirements;
- Any prerequisites or eligibility requirements;
- Compliance with applicable licensing or regulatory requirements; and USA Training Academy's approval.

A rescheduled course must be completed within the applicable 30-day period unless otherwise approved by USA Training Academy.

A reschedule is not a refund and does not create a right to a refund.

Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to additional fees or may be denied.

4. Course Attendance

Students are responsible for attending all required course sessions and arriving on time.

For courses requiring multiple sessions, students must attend all required sessions to receive credit for completion, where applicable.

Late arrival, early departure, missed sessions, or failure to complete required coursework may result in the student being unable to receive course completion documentation or meet applicable licensing requirements.

USA Training Academy is not responsible for costs or consequences resulting from a student's failure to attend or complete required training.

5. Course Requirements and Eligibility

Students are responsible for reviewing and satisfying all requirements applicable to the course for which they register.

Certain courses may have age, identification, education, background, documentation, eligibility, or other requirements established by USA Training Academy or by a governmental or regulatory agency.

Enrollment in a course does not guarantee that a student will qualify for, receive, or be issued a professional license, certification, registration, or other credential.

Students are responsible for satisfying any additional requirements imposed by the applicable licensing or regulatory authority.

6. Course Completion and Certification

Completion of a USA Training Academy course does not, by itself, guarantee employment, licensure, certification, registration, approval, or eligibility for any particular position or occupation.

Where a course is intended to satisfy a governmental or regulatory training requirement, students are responsible for completing all applicable requirements and submitting any required documentation to the appropriate agency.

USA Training Academy does not control the processing time, approval decisions, or requirements of governmental or regulatory agencies.

7. Schedule Changes and Cancellations by USA Training Academy

USA Training Academy reserves the right to modify course dates, times, instructors, locations, or other course details when reasonably necessary.

If USA Training Academy must cancel or substantially change a course, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered students and provide an appropriate alternative, which may include rescheduling the student to another available course date.

8. Student Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward instructors, staff, fellow students, and members of the public.

USA Training Academy reserves the right to remove or dismiss a student from a course for inappropriate, disruptive, threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dismissal for misconduct does not create a right to a refund.

9. Compliance With Laws and Regulations

Students are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and agency rules relating to the course or occupation for which they are training.

USA Training Academy may update course requirements or policies when necessary to remain consistent with applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements.

10. Personal Belongings

Students are responsible for their own personal property while attending USA Training Academy courses or training sessions.

USA Training Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

Course materials, handouts, presentations, videos, manuals, graphics, documents, and other instructional content provided by USA Training Academy are intended for the registered student's personal educational use.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, record, modify, or commercially use USA Training Academy's proprietary course materials or instructional content.

12. Photography, Video, and Recording

Students may not photograph, record, reproduce, or distribute instructional sessions, course materials, instructors, or other students without prior authorization from USA Training Academy.

USA Training Academy may use photographs or recordings taken during training or Academy events for legitimate business, educational, promotional, or marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and any required consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, USA Training Academy LLC and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to participation in a course or training program.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. No Guarantee of Employment or Licensing

USA Training Academy does not guarantee employment, income, job placement, licensing approval, certification, or any particular professional outcome as a result of completing a course.

Students are responsible for independently verifying employment, licensing, and credentialing requirements applicable to their individual circumstances.

15. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By registering for a course, submitting payment, or checking the applicable acknowledgment box during checkout, you confirm that:

- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
- You agree to comply with USA Training Academy's policies and course requirements;
- You understand that all purchases are final and non-refundable;
- You understand that one free reschedule may be permitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date, subject to availability and applicable requirements; and
- You understand that course completion does not necessarily guarantee licensure, certification, employment, or any other professional outcome.

16. Changes to These Terms

USA Training Academy LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms & Conditions will become effective when posted or otherwise communicated by USA Training Academy.
